Name: David Black
Position: Regional Sales Manager – Victoria & Tasmania

Do you have past experience within the safety/PPE industry? If so, where and how long?

I’ve held senior positions within the Safety industry for over 35 years now, working with a number of leading National and International brands.

What will be your main focus in your new position?

My main focus will be assisting our distributors to grow their businesses within the Victorian and Tasmanian regions. I am excited about re-engaging with our distributors and meeting end-users to gauge firsthand, how our products are assisting them to stay safe in their working environments.

As Regional Sales Manager, I hope to gain a better understanding of how our customers' businesses operate within these regions and work with them to highlight how Elliotts can assist and service their requirements better.

What’s your favourite Elliotts Product?

It’s a tough decision, it would have to be between the new Big Red CRX Welders Glove and our new Western Rigger CR 360 Glove. Both of these revolutionary Cut 5 360deg Level F gloves have been developed to meet industry requirements and demand for improved hand safety.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

My hobbies include Home Renovations and being a Football Manager at the Werribee Districts Football Club (WRFL). I enjoy AFL, Music, Gym, and Horse Racing.
